Call Service Representative field incoming communication from our customers as the 1st point of contact.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • Process payments
  • Route technicians to jobs.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  • Flexible with schedules
  • Customer service experience is a MUST*

*Customer service experience using Service Titan in the Plumbing industry a huge bonus.
